All the garlicky goodness your favorite dishes crave, without peeling a single clove.

Our California-grown organic minced onion brings sweet, savory flavor and a subtle toasty finish to the meals your family loves. These little flakes are right at home in a hearty casserole, a juicy burger, or a pot of soup simmering on the stove.

Grown and processed in California, the onions are harvested at peak ripeness, dried, and minced for easy measuring. They soften as they soak up moisture during cooking, adding onion flavor and texture without the peeling and chopping.

How to Use:

  • SIMMER in soups, stews, and gravies, letting the flakes soften in the cooking liquid.
  • MIX rehydrated onion into burgers, meatballs, and meatloaf for sweet, savory flavor in every bite.
  • STIR into casseroles, rice dishes, and slow-cooked beans for an easy boost of onion goodness.
  • BLEND into creamy dips and dressings, allowing time for the flakes to soften and the flavors to mingle before serving.

Fresh-to-Dry Equivalents:

Three (3) Tbsp dried minced onion = 1 cup chopped fresh onion (approximately)

Use this as a starting point when substituting for fresh onion, then adjust to taste. Add directly to dishes with enough cooking liquid to soften the flakes, or soak in a little warm water and drain before mixing into recipes with less moisture.

Ingredients:

Sourced from 100% USDA Certified Organic California-Grown minced onion.
