THE CARE BEHIND THE CUP
We chose a supplier whose attention to sourcing, roasting, and testing complements our own commitment to thoughtful selection.
Our supplier reports scores of 80 points or higher on the 100-point specialty coffee scale. Lots are cupped and graded before roasting for quality and distinctive flavor.
Roasted in-house in Bend, Oregon, with careful control of time, temperature, and airflow to bring out each coffee’s individual character.
Our supplier roasts every week and uses hermetically sealed packaging to help preserve aroma and flavor. They report an average of 4.3 days from roasting to shipment—not a delivery guarantee.
INDEPENDENT LABORATORY TESTING
Our supplier identifies these coffees as certified free of the contaminants below, based on third-party testing.
Tested for toxic compounds produced by mold.
Tested for lead, mercury, cadmium, and arsenic.
Third-party tested for mold and yeast contaminants.

THEIR EXPERTISE. OUR THOUGHTFUL SELECTION.
We believe the coffee you bring home should have character, a sense of place, and people who care behind it. That’s why we chose a supplier with established specialty-import relationships and an attentive approach to roasting.
Our supplier works with Royal Coffee, Cafe Imports, and Caravela. They report farm-to-roaster traceability and a sourcing approach that supports fair compensation, farmer relationships, and sustainable agricultural practices.
Explore the four origins ↗A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
Each coffee in this collection comes from one country of origin, with its named growing region or regions shaping the flavor. These coffees represent Brazil, Guatemala, Colombia, and Ethiopia; single-origin does not necessarily mean a single farm.
Cerrado Heirloom is our starting point for a comforting cup: medium roasted, full-bodied, and mildly acidic, with roasted peanut, honey, and milk-chocolate notes.
No. The ingredients are 100% roasted coffee. Fruit, chocolate, floral, and other tasting notes describe the natural flavor impressions in the cup.
Our supplier roasts the coffees in small batches in Bend, Oregon. Zeoma selects the collection and brings these distinctive coffees to you.
Natural coffees dry inside the whole cherry, often expressing layered fruit. Washed coffees have the fruit and mucilage removed before drying for a clean, defined character. Pulped-natural coffees retain some mucilage during drying, helping develop sweetness and body.
